Check-in is available from 2 pm
Check-out must be completed by 11 am.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible as an exception, provided it was agreed upon before the booking.
Only guests included in the Airbnb reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
Visitors are only allowed with prior approval from the host and must comply with all house rules.
Guests are expected to treat the Riad with care and respect.
Please:
Keep the property clean and tidy.
Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Do not rearrange furniture without permission.
Do not remove any items belonging to the property.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. The guests are jointly and severally liable.
Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere of the Riad.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Riad.
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Cigarette butts must be disposed of exclusively in ashtrays outside the building.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved before booking.
Guests are responsible for securing doors and windows whenever leaving the property.
Please switch off lights, air conditioning, heating, and other electrical appliances when not in use.
Candles and open flames are completely forbidden due to the high risk of fire in dry areas.
Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for their children’s safety.
The host is not responsible for:
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Injuries resulting from improper use of the property or its facilities.
Interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the host’s control, including power outages, water supply interruptions, internet service failures, severe weather, or government actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Host shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, delay, inconvenience, or claim arising out of or in connection with the Guest’s stay or use of the property, except where such loss or damage results directly from the Host’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Host shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of personal belongings, loss of enjoyment, missed travel arrangements, or financial losses.
Guests are responsible for taking appropriate care of their personal belongings and for using the property and its facilities safely and responsibly.
The property is professionally cleaned before arrival.
Additional cleaning during the stay may be available upon request. The daily cleaning (if available) includes only a very general cleaning and not the cleaning of single rooms.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge whenever available.
The host cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet service and accepts no liability for service interruptions.
By completing your reservation and checking into the property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and House Rules.
